She studied at the faculty of Engineering at the University of Florence where she received both her Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Building Engineer.
The master’s thesis titled “Numerical optimization of acoustic reflectors position” has been awarded as the best thesis of 2018 for the civil and environmental sector by the association “Ordine degli Ingegneri di Firenze”. This thesis was born with an internship in 2016 with Studio Sound Service, after this she become an employee in 2019 and a partner in 2022.
She has deepened her interest in acoustics obtaining the specialization in acoustics in 2020 at the Faculty of Physics of Siena.
The Giulia’s further specific academic background in Design, Art, performing art, developed during artistic Italian study and thanks to a won scholarship for Minneapolis College of Art and Design (USA), it allow her to integrate the technical engineering skills carrying a higher creativity in developing the acoustic and engineering design.
She is a Chartered Acoustician and a Chartered Engineer.
