Circolo culturale urbano was born in February 2017 a few steps from Firenze Rifredi station, thanks to a project carried on by Impact Hub Florence and La Scena Muta and co-financed by Funder35, tender promoted by 18 private foundations and sponsored by Associazione delle Fondazioni e delle casse di risparmio Spa.
Impact Hub Florence hosts every day hundreds of professionals who have desks, meeting rooms and services for business thanks to a coworking service.
BUH! it is located inside and is a multi-purpose space of about 120 m2 which hosts acoustic and amplified concerts, theatrical performances, conferences, cultural events, dinners and gastronomic events.

Description
The hall presented a very high reverberation amplified by the focus of sound caused by the roof.
The intervention involved the use of only one material - the plasterboard - assembled according to different configurations.
Construction times were very short: for supply and installation two weeks were enough.
Also the realization costs have been very limited thanks also to the use of a proprietary technology of Toscopan s.r.l. (which provided all the material and made the work) to curve the plasterboard with a specific radius of curvature. The total cost of the work, including supply and installation, was less than € 10,000.
