The structure is divided into two parts, one at number 12 of Via Maroncelli, the other at number 7.
In Maroncelli 7 a new 30 m2 9.1.4 Mix room, Dolby Atmos HE certified, and its recording room (also set up as a Foley room) of about 10 m2 were created in 2024. This mix room also has JBL speakers, while the desk is an Avid S6.
