The private studio of the Producer Andry The Hitmaker

Hitscribestudio was born from a client's vision to create a state-of-the-art music production space that could combine excellent acoustics with a distinctive and inspiring design. The primary request was a studio with a "flat" listening environment, ideal for producing trap and hip hop music, merged with an aesthetic inspired by an image of a residential interior provided by the client.

Our approach transformed this inspiration into a unique acoustic and architectural solution. We integrated linear LED lighting, a key design element, directly into the acoustic treatment of the walls and ceiling. This allowed us to create a minimalist and modern aesthetic with contrasting colors of white, gray, and black, where every line and shape not only serves a decorative purpose but also actively contributes to sound absorption and the reduction of early reflections.

The heart of the project is the control room's front wall, featuring a main monitoring system of in-wall Augspurger monitors, integrated flush for a seamless visual and sonic impact. Additionally, the client’s Yamaha NS10 nearfield monitors, a classic in the industry, were retained and perfectly integrated with the main system to offer maximum flexibility and precision during mixing. The ceiling, a distinctive design element, includes a central black strip with a fiber optic lighting system that evokes a starry night sky. The studio also includes an isobooth, an acoustically "dry" recording room specifically optimized for vocal recording, ensuring maximum freedom for the client during post-production.

We acted as a full-service design team, managing every aspect from acoustics to electro-acoustics, to create a functional, acoustically linear, and "dry" space, with a specific emphasis on low frequencies, which is essential for the client's musical genre. The close collaboration with the client made the construction process smooth and seamless, culminating in the creation of a studio that is not only a functional workspace but also a welcoming and stimulating environment for artists.
