Located in the heart of Warsaw, The House of Music is a multi-purpose creative laboratory conceived by Italian producer and DJ Andrea Lo Solfo.

The vision was to merge refined aesthetic design with uncompromising acoustic performance, resulting in a facility that houses an advanced production studio, a Dolby Atmos mixing environment, and a collaborative hub for artists, labels, and educational initiatives.

Studio Sound Service masterminded the acoustic design and interior design for the facility, working closely with the client to translate the initial concept into a high-performance reality.

First initiated in 2017, the project underwent a comprehensive design revision to incorporate the requirements of Dolby Atmos Music as immersive audio became an industry standard. Studio Sound Service successfully adapted the acoustic geometry to meet strict immersive monitoring criteria while preserving a clean, sophisticated aesthetic.

The room design features organic, sinuous lines, combining restrained color tones with distinctive geometries. Key architectural elements include a custom parametric diffuser on the rear wall and tailored curved acoustic treatments, engineered to provide precise modal control and diffuse reflections.

Every technical component, including the monitoring system and hardware workflow, was seamlessly integrated into the physical architecture. Optimized in collaboration with Percorsi Audio, the layout ensures an ergonomic, immediate workflow where instruments and control systems are fully patched and accessible.

The resulting space achieves an ideal synthesis of technical accuracy, acoustic precision, and visual elegance.
